6 Safety Function
  It is adaptive for IEC60601-1 1995
  When the temperature inside chamber is over 95ºC, the machine stops to heat.
  When the temperature of airway is over 38ºC, the machine will stop to heat and at the same time it will produce sound and display alarm signal. When the temperature of airway is low than 32ºC, the machine will produce sound and display alarm signal too.
